BSE has been busy with design and engineering services for our Berks County Agricultural Producers.  We recently did Land Development, Stormwater & NPDES planning for "Wind Crest Poultry" in Hamburg, PA. Two poultry houses, each containing 44,025 square feet, were constructed, along with access road and parking/turnaround areas.

We assisted the John Burkholder Dairy Farm, here in Fleetwood, with the planning and NPDES permit for the construction of a new dairy barn and manure tank.
