BSE has been contracted for land surveying and land development to design the site layout for multiple new and proposed Dunkin' Donuts restaurants in Berks County, PA.

Services we performed for the Kutztown, PA site included: Prepare a Zoning Feasibility Sketch for Borough review in order to identify and address possible issues before costly planning; Prepare PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) plans for driveway access & egress permit along Main Street (a State Street); Boundary surveying & topographic surveying to locate lot lines and corners for setback requirements and improvements designed to be consistent with the Kutztown Borough Code and Zoning Ordinance.
