We have the latest Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for both drafting and design. We have global Positioning Systems (GPS) and robotic equipment.

Residential:

We have completed numerous subdivision and lot surveys. We are familiar with subdivision, planning and zoning issues. We have the capability of performing a one-person field crew or a two-person field crew. Last year we completed a survey of 150 lots in Limerik Township, PA.

Commercial:

We have completed a wide range of commercial projects including golf courses, airports, shopping malls, and stake-out, other commercial building sites and a fish farm.

Municipal

We have worked for municipalities and municipal authorities. We have designed roads, sewers and other improvements.

Conservation

We can provide the engineering and surveying services for stormwater management, sediment and erosion control, utility line instalation, and other related environmental projects.

Management

We can provide Management services for those who find it difficult to fulfill that responsibility "in-house". We can take care of the entire pre-construction project; including engineering, soils testing, surveying, and completing the approvals process for townships and regulatory agencies.
