Significant Projects

Pa State Route 61 (Berks County)
We assisted a major contractor with the Route 61 Highway Upgrade. This four lane limited access highway project took two years to complete. It involved the rebuilding of 4 miles of highway from Leesport to Hamburg. We provided two field crews during the construction stake-out phase of the project. This project was completed on budget and on time.
Woodbridge Golf Course (Maxatawny Township)
This proposed 18-hole golf course is located on the Berks-Lehigh County Line. Our staff designed portions of the golf course. The design included layout of each green, pond design, planning, stormwater control, and erosion and sedimentation apporval. We also secured approvals from the state, borough, township and other regulatory agencies.
Golden Oaks Golf Course (Fleetwood, PA)
Completed erosion and sedimentation control for various portions of the golf course. Assisted the design engineer with a major sanitary sewer upgrade.
Wimpey Minerals (Annville, PA)
Major upgrade to a crushed stone plant. Our services over a two year period included topographic field data for the design engineer, Brooks Systems, Inc., "as-built" information surveying and construction stakeout.
Reading Regional Airport (Berks County)
Provided GPS services.
Kutztown Airport (Berks County)
We performed a GPS survey of the Kutztown Airport in order to comply with FAA requirements.
Guardian (Berks County)
The Guardian Project was a large commercial building site in Southern Berks County. The lot was about 5 acres and the building pad was more than 2 acres. The project included a retention basin.
Willow Run (Limerick Township)
Willow Run is a 150 lot subdivision located in Limerick Township near Pottstown in Montgomery County. The scope for this project incuded identifying the boundary, providing topographical data, lot stakeout, construction stakeout for roads, sediment and erosion and sediment control, sanitary sewers, water mains, and retention basins.
